She writes inspirational books and her first "Someone Needs To Tell The Stories", True Accounts of Faith, Hope, & Miracles is coming out soon and will be available through my website and of course through Infinity Publishing. You will be able to check book signing dates for her and other information through this website. I hope these books will be enjoyable to you and your families and friends. Take care and God Bless!! FOREWORD:
Before the stories begin let me tell you a little about myself and why I decided to write this book. My mother was, from the first day of my life, the one constant in my life and this book itself is written to honor her and her spiritual experiences over the years as well as mine. The Lord was always her first priority and the love for her family was always her second. She was truly the greatest lady I have ever known and she maintained her dignity and awareness, her love for God, her family, and her friends until the moment of her passing at the young age of ninety-one. She lay in a coma for about thirty hours prior to going to be with the Lord and only once opened her eyes and when she did it was as though I was not even there. Instead she looked almost through me as she spoke. "LORD, I am weak but you are strong." Within the hour she went to be with Him and I lost the best friend I ever had in all my fifty plus years. I was devastated although I had known for over a year that she was failing with each passing day; the emphsema had taken a firm hold and was stealing her strength, her will, and her very breath. Still, never a day passed that I didn't see a smile on her lips, a twinkle in her eyes, or hear that kind, sweet, voice laugh about something. Her thoughts often returned to earlier times of her childhood and experiences both then and through her adult years. She was quite the storyteller and what made her stories so much more enjoyable was knowing that they were all true. |
